Mods

There is no modifications but plan to get a stage 1 from the dealer to free up the restricted power. And after riding one with a stage one you find out the bikes true potental, if thats what your into.

Carberation

The bike redlines at 6800 but is geared low enough to put you at 54 mph at the end of it, and enough power ANYWHERE in the gear. The bike has digital fuel injection and has a very smooth powerband, no sudden jumps in power.

Brakes

Braking is the best i've seen yet, very powerful and very smooth and very hard to lock up. even though it only has one rotar it's an inside out rotar that applies brakes directly to the rim instead of through the spokes eliminating the need for a second one.

Handling

Buell really did a good job on this bike. Unlike other bikes i've ridden there is no limit to how far you can lean short of scraping your knees or footpegs. very responsice and very forgiving.

Comments

there are some cool things this bike features including: fuel tank built into the frame, oil in the swing arm, a belt drive instead of chain that doesnt need adjusting or waxing and lasts somthing like 40,000 miles, inside out front brake rotar, and underneath muffler for lower center of gravity. as far as looks, this bike has them and get lots of them as well, though any of the other colors besids black i dont think look as good. the list goes on, but on the objective side a lot of the time the images in the rearview mirror are hard to see well cause of the shaky v-twin, the shaking isnt really noticable or bothersome when rideing besides that though. another thing is the exsaust pipes come out the right side of the bike and in hot summer days or if you ride with shorts(kinda dumb anyways) it can get kinda hot, especially in stand still traffic, but keeps you nice and toasty in the cold. Some people might also be bothered that it only has five hears but it's actually geared very well as far as performance needs. and pretty much the only other downside it's REALLY hard to clean the front rims where the brake disk connects because of this little gap. Hope this review was useful!
