Mods

K&N Filter, carbon slip ons, Keihin 41mm carbs, sproket changed, etc.

Carberation

Stock power was a little weak, but with the change in carbs it cleaned right up.

Brakes

Adequate stock, would be better with an aftermarket upgrade. Especially with performance mods to the engine!

Handling

Simply awesome if you like to hang off the bike, I think that straight up riders may find this bike a little uncomfortable or difficult though, but you can throw this thing into a corner without worry. This bike is a real confidence builder for cornering and it makes it tough to ride any other after it.

Comments

Love the bike, nice price with good performance. The stock performance isn't exactly stunning though and a 600 honda can easily pace a 900 Ducati, but everytime I pull up to a light - everybody looks. With aftermarket parts the performance is much better and more fitting to what it should be. It is a tempermental beast though - every one of these I have seen has it's own personality. You ride it when IT wants to let you ride, not the other way around. In perfect working order, somedays it's just too much trouble to get it to run - but on other days it's a dream.

Mods

Ferracci oval carbon fiber slip-on's, K&N air filter, Power Commander, kick stand plug.

Carberation

The low end power of this bike is BIG FUN, but the top end power was a bit weak before the above mods(wich added aprox. 11HP). Out of the showroom there was a flat spot at 3,000rpm, wich the dealer told me was caused by bad programing in the bikes computer(not what I expected from a bike with this much snob appeal), however this was improved by the Power Commander. Enough power to wheelie with the throtle only(no clutch poping).

Brakes

Love'um! Spot on! Quick resopnse, and endo's controlably.

Handling

The best part of this bike! A cornering artists dream! When your desire to see what this bike can really do overcomes the fear of a high repair bill, you will understand what the hype is all about.

Comments

Wonderful in the turns, and ok in the straights, but hey....it's all about cornering anyway.

Mods

Hollowed out pipes, 39 tooth back sprocket (a must) otherwise stock

Carberation

This bike has been around the block. It has been stolen, wrecked and sold. But still has been the best bike I have ever owned. I have owned Harleys, crotch rockets, and Magnas and this bike is a total mixture of them all. Prestige,Power, and Handling is great! I would like to go to 41mm to improve the performance.

Brakes

The front brakes are addequate and the rear brakes are fine

Handling

The handling in this bike is a dream in handling and to throw bike into a corner is no problem.

Comments

The bike is tempermental. The bike definitely wants to be rode when IT wants to be ridden! The cost of the parts are a little costly but can be overidden by the internet(as long we all stick together)

Rear is not adequate enought, front is smooth to the last motion

Handling

Throw this baby into a corner at 80Kmph.... come out at 140!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comments

If something can be done aboiutthe top-end on these Italians, this is the bike to live for.
