Great Street Tire, incredible wear and good stick, a nice compromise. I had Bridgestone BT54s before this and got 8K out of them. These are a nice upgrade in the handling department and they look to be good for about 12K. Off the internet under $190 and $40 installed locally. Can't beat them.
Good grip in the wet or dry. I am not exactly a knee dragger but more of a daily rider. If it's not raining, I'm riding.
Much better feel than the previous BT54s the bike came with. Lots of feedback, in a good way. Quick steering to.
Quicker than the previous BT54s I had before but not as quick as the Ultra soft compond tires. Nice for the considerable wear you will get from them.

These tires have a very nice looking tread pattern too that get me a lot of comments and questions from other riders. Bought them off the internet under $190 and $40 to have them installed locally. Can't beat them.
I ride 7 days a week. Commuting, Sport riding, sport touring. All kinds of roads and all kinds of conditions
Good grip for the milage
Pretty good. When they break loose, it's very predictable.
Middle of the road, but generally very good.
The only problem has been unnatural wear on the front tire. The front is feathering badly at 4000 miles. I suspect that this condition is creating a very severe front end chatter problem under hard braking. They have lots of tread left, but I'm switching them out for Dunlop D208ZR tires as soon as I can. I had another set of Bridgestones that came OEM on a BMW that the front tire cupped very badly on. Had to change those tires out at 5000 miles. So, Bridgestones are 0-2 in recent history for me. In every other respect, they have been very good tires. But because of the feathering problem, I only give them a 5.
Type of surface tested on. varied from smooth to bumpy Temp. 50-90 degrees Weather Conditions, wet and dry
Definately felt like a sport touring tire, not a lot of grip. A few "moments" when gassing it hard on a warn day.
Stability etc. Stable and Steady
Quick or slow to lean in or react to changes. A little slower turning than BT010,
Not my favourite. Felt wooden compared to BT010, less grip, less confidence, rougher ride. Wore out in the middle prematurely, and I do not ride much straight line stuff so this is odd. BT010 much better, and I got the same mileage overall, 5000 miles on rear.
The BT020 came stock on my Yamaha FZ1. It channels the 128 hp that get to the rear extremely well on city streets of varying conditions. Lots of tar snakes and varying asphalt.
Sticky on all surface types. I've broken it loose on a hard turns both going in and coming out, but that's not the tire's fault. My chicken strips are about 1/8 of an inch and I've never felt fear because the tire wasn't holding on.
The tire material is pretty tough so the rear feels a little numb. Probably more a function of the suspension than the tire. Very confidence inspiring in general.
No problems. It has great reflex on take off and turns in without complaint.
I have replaced the front tire on my bike with a Pirelli Diablo and prefer that skin on the front to the stock BT020. However, when I replace the rear I'll stick with the BT.
Tested in wet and try. Warm and cold.
Very good. Cant see a diffrent compared to the Pilot Sport i used to have.
as abouve
Steady-quick-good feel and better milage than Pilot sport. The text is for the backtyre, havent tryed the front. The Pilot Sport front has great milage.
