highway, back roads, rain and dry, 40 degrees to 100 degrees F
bad when cold, and take a little bit to warm up but good enough to scrape pegs when warmed up
all i can say is meh,
requires effort to lean hard, and once leaned over wants to keep goin if you know what i mean
not a sports bike tire
General- Road Race Various track (through out the US)
Like Dumblops on sidewall grip (not enough sometimes!!), but very predicable. Easy to slide on high speed turns though. Confident inspiring.
Very stable. Not much more to say about that Forest...
Depending on the design of the tire given... Never had a problem on "handling" if it moved, you put your knee down harder and hold the front up. Surprise when the front tucks then the back does ;). Actually these are the best tired I have been on (Mid Ohio chasing Ed Sorbo). Great support in US AND Japan- had Japanese ties...
The slicks are great, the rains are PsYchO!!! I mean these are probally the best rains on the market and on the track. I've seen several "slow" riders go rather quick on 'em. Best finish was in Mid Ohio in 97 I think. 600cc Supersport win (in the rain).
Type of surface tested on. Temp. Weather Conditions Warm (Florida)
Very good. Little or no warm up required.
Stability etc. Very smooth edge to edge. Doesn't want to stand-up in turns.
Quick or slow to lean in or react to changes. Very quick and neutral, without being twitchy.
Great tire. I hope it last as long as they say it should (5,000 miles-ish).
Type of surface tested on. Temp. Weather Conditions
Stability etc.
Quick or slow to lean in or react to changes.
Type of surface tested on. Temp. Weather Conditions All road conditions and temps. Only pushed hard in the dry.
Excellent when warmed. Like putty once warmed. Grip at all lean angles Only let go once in 5000miles riding hard 1st gear corner, but let go slowly
Feels stable at all speeds
Quick to crank over and it sticks once its there. Many new pegs to prove!
Dont last long! average 1200miles down 2 markers if u ride fairly hard (and u will on these)
